The Birth Sling is a supportive birthing tool designed to help you stay upright, mobile and comfortable during pregnancy and labour.
Suspended securely from a suitable anchor point, the sling allows you to lean, sway, squat, kneel and move intuitively during contractions, providing support while taking some pressure off the body. It can help you explore different positions and encourage freedom of movement as your baby descends.
The Birth Sling can be used during pregnancy to support gentle movement and positioning, and during labour to help you remain active and work with your body's natural movements. It can be used for births at home, in a birth centre or in hospital.
