the necessary

The Necessary’ is all about preparing for birth and postpartum, to allow you to transition into the next chapter, feeling informed, confident and empowered.

This package includes:

2 x 2hour prenatal visits (either virtually or in your home) where we will explore:

  • previous birth/s (if applicable)

  • your vision for birth and the development/finalisation of your birth preferences

  • any fears you and/or your partner may have

  • comfort measures for labour

  • postpartum planning

1 set of pregnancy and birth affirmation cards

1 prenatal care package

Unlimited emotional and informational support for both you and your partner via text / call anytime during our time together

1 x 1hour birth debrief (virtually)

the investment: $1200

ultimate nurture

‘Ultimate Nurture’ is a full-spectrum support package designed to gently guide you through the transformational journey of pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum. Ideal for families looking for hands-on care and emotional grounding without meal preparation or food support.

This package includes:

3 x 2hour prenatal visits in your home, where we will cover everything included in ‘The Necessary’

On-call from 38 weeks until your baby chooses to be born

Unlimited emotional and informational support for both you and your partner via text / call anytime throughout your pregnancy and into the postpartum

Up to 12 hours of continuous physical and emotional support for you and your partner during labour until 2 hours after your baby is born (I will follow your lead on timing - I can come to your home or can meet you at the hospital)

Access to books in my lending library

Access to tools in my Doula bag for support during your labour, including rebozo, birth sling, and TENS machine

1 x 2hour postpartum visit within the first 12 weeks after birth

ultimate nurture

+ nourish

‘Ultimate Nurture + Nourish’ includes all the support of the ‘Ultimate Nurture’ package, with the added benefit of lovingly prepared meals, snacks, and food-focused care to help you heal, recover, and feel truly nourished during postpartum.

rest + reset

‘Rest + Reset’ is for those families who feel equipped for labour and birth, but would like some extra support navigating the fourth trimester, while allowing for that much needed time of healing and bonding.

This package includes:

1 x 1hour prenatal planning visit (either virtually or in the comfort of your own home) where we will delve into how you want your postpartum to look, physical recovery, boundaries, self-care and more!

3 x 2hour postpartum care sessions

Unlimited emotional and informational support for both you and your partner via text / call anytime during our time together

the investment: $1400

rest + refuel

‘Rest + Refuel’ includes all the support of the ‘Rest + Reset’ package, with the added benefit of lovingly prepared meals, snacks, and food-focused care to help you heal, recover, and feel truly nourished during postpartum.
